Already a market leader in lone worker protection through their innovative app and 24/7 call centre, Safepoint approached npd to assist them in developing a B2C solution.







The simple premise is that the bracelet acts as a panic button should the user feel threatened. The bracelet connects with the users smartphone to contact the 24/7 call centre, who can see the GPS location and provide a number of actions, from a simple callback to contacting emergency services.
The main challenge with this development was keeping the size as small as possible. The intent is that the item looks like a piece of jewellery, therefore it needed to be slim and sleek.
