A portable cleaning and sterilising case for reusable menstrual cups. I partnered with Eleria’s innovative founder-team as they transitioned from university into product development, helping transform a bold sustainability idea into a viable product.
After extensive research into usage-barriers for menstrual cups, we designed a container that users can fill with tap water to rinse their cup during the day and then sterilise in the microwave. The system addresses hygiene concerns and supports more consistent adoption of a sustainable period product.
Featuring a unique double-opening architecture — one end for cup access, the other for draining used water — the case combines practicality with user-friendly design. Engineered and manufactured in the UK, it reflects thoughtful design, efficient manufacturing, and eco-conscious utility.
