Joined the Personal Care Advanced Development team in order to capitalise on the rapid growth of the new category for Shark.

- Creating testing and validation of proof of concepts.

Board Advisor to an innovative young tech start-up at a pre-seed stage. I was brought in by the founder in order to provide a “client-side” view along with my connections within the product design industry.
Destechi is a smart search platform that analyses a product or design topic, and helps teams automate, uncover and visually organise qualitative research.

Co-Founded and managed a London-based studio for the established npd. product design agency.

- Delivered a wide range of projects across a variety of sectors including; homeware, smart wearables, industrial technology and lab accessories.
- Developed and procured an innovative lab product for AstraZeneca during the first COVID-19 lockdown.

Starting as a junior member of the design team, soon fast-tracked into management roles, eventually reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of 14 product & packaging designers, engineers & Project Manager’s.

- Developed a range of NFC connected accessories.
- Led a materials research program to introduce bio-sourced and biodegradable plastics.

- I was involved in the development of over 5,000 SKU’s, with 60m+ units sold 2012-2019, generating £400m+ in revenue.
